Comments: Mr. T, That sounds fantastic. I am not sure what model you are sending, but my 32" TV has a 200 x 400 VESA hole pattern. Will I need to obtain special adapters or does the mount come with the ones I need? When I spoke to the friendly LevelMount customer service person, she indicated that the mounts for the 32" tvs should come with 200x400 vesa adapter plates. In any case, I greatly appreciate your response. I was beggining to feel like customer service was dead. Comments: Here is a Comment EVERYONE MUST READ about Elexa and Mr. B, the company's CEO. After installing and mounting my TV using a small LCD Level Mount, something went terribly wrong with my set. It "popped" when I swiveled the set and that was the end of my TV. I found out that my Akai brand is not really the best quality flat mount TV set but decided to talk to the folks at Elexa about the situation. Comments: I just want to say that your products are "Spectacular" along with "Superior Customer Service". I've purchased 3 different mounts YTD and the last one was purchased in April of 2009. Each of the mounts provide me a level of security and respond and react the way I need and want them too. The latest mount (MC65-CC at SAM's Club) in which I had a bit of trouble with. My cousin who had been helping me set these up accidently threw away the mounting arms with hooks.
